They learned about plant biology, growth cycles, and the importance of plants in our ecosystem. The Science of Nutrition: By examining vegetables, students discovered the nutritional benefits of different plants, learning how to incorporate healthy foods into their diets. This fosters lifelong healthy eating habits. Teamwork and Collaboration: Working in groups fostered teamwork and communication skills as students shared their findings and insights, making the learning process more interactive.
